The building itself is an architectural monument of Saint Petersburg and was built by the famous architect Lidval. It is one of the most beautiful places in the city.

In the evening the coffee-bar will offer you a wine list and appetizers. Natural tea, brewed coffee, sweets and water are free!

Our mission is to help entrepreneurs and to support those who are trying to accomplish present-day business challenges. Lidval Space offers you a coworking space for as much time as you need: from an hour up to the unlimited monthly membership. At the same time the minimum fee for using the common room will be 150 rub. and won't exceed 900 rub. for a full day. Membership will allow you to secure your own workplace in private area.

Memberships
Selected workspace will be reserved for a period of one month. You will be granted a "resident" status and given a personal card with a barcode.
*If you want to use a conference room please schedule the preferred time with our administrator in advance in order to avoid problems with your booking and clashes with other guest.
While in "Lidval Space" a resident can use free services. General rate will be applied if resident works past 18:00 or forgets to register. In order to avoid that you need to register at the front desk before work and after you finish. Resident is also allowed to use everything that is included in the price of coworking: internet, office stationery, printer, scanner and Xerox, tea, coffee, sweet snacks. Owners of unlimited memberships also need to register with the administrator before and after work.
